Terms and Conditions Cinemas Club
General Information
1. Program membership is open to individuals 16 years of age and older with identification, except for Caribbean Cinemas’ employees.
2. One membership per client.
3. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Caribbean Cinemas reserves the right to request photo ID at any time.
4. Member will accumulate points for all transactions made at the cinema, with no limit or maximum of transactions. Points' value and reward rates are subject to change without notice. 5. To check your points balance, you must visit https://home.caribbeancinemas.com/my-membership.
Points Redemption
6. Points can be redeemed online or in person by scanning your membership QR. Proof of redemption must be presented at the concession stand.
7. The customer will be able to redeem their points in two ways:
8. Accumulated points will expire one year after being earned and cannot be transferred to any other member.
9. Points will not be accumulated for Cinema Gift purchases, Corporate Sales, Screen Rentals, Cinema Birthdays or private screenings.
10. Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be redeemed for items or combos as presented in the redemption menu and cannot be combined with other offers.
11. All redemption items are subject to availability, no alternative option will be offered.
Tiers & Qualification
12. The program includes five tiers, based on the number of cinema visits made in the previous 12 months. A “visit” is defined as one paid ticket purchase and attendance within a single day.
Tier Benefits
13. Each tier offers exclusive benefits based on visit level.
14. “Achievement Reward” and “Birthday Gift” vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Voucher Validity
15. All Achievement Rewards and Birthday Perks are delivered as digital vouchers in the member’s account.
16. Each voucher is valid for 30 days from issuance and will automatically expire after that period.
17. Vouchers cannot be replaced, extended, or transferred once expired.
Program’s Rules & Limitations
18. The program is property of Caribbean Cinemas, and the use of the membership constitutes agreement to the program terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms of the Program and to change, suspend or rescind privileges at any time without cause or prior notice.
19. Reward values, redemption items, and qualification thresholds may be adjusted.
20. Misuse of membership privileges, including fraudulent activity or account sharing, may result in cancellation of membership and loss of rewards.
21. Caribbean Cinemas is not responsible for technical issues that may affect point tracking or redemption.

23. Caribbean Cinemas employees are not eligible to join or participate in the program due to conflict of interest.
24. The accumulated balance of points or visits will be reflected immediately.
25. Items obtained through online redemption include the $1.00 service charge per transaction. This charge is independent of the value of the product in points and will be notified at the moment of redemption. The customer accepts this charge by confirming their order through the platform.
26. To participate in sweepstakes, contests or premieres, members must register online. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their membership profile.

27. We may update this Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We encourage you to check this page periodically to stay informed.
28. Any updates will be noted by revising the "Last Updated" date shown at the bottom of this Terms. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Participation in the rewards program implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
